Sura — Amrut Intelligence Agent — working voice POC
This is a functional build, not the scripted kiosk demo: tap the orb, allow the microphone, and talk to Sura for real. Domain answers are grounded in a curated knowledge base of regulatory, scientific, market, and brand sources through kb_router — Sura will say plainly when something isn't covered rather than guessing.
What's real right now
Live voice conversation, real barge-in/interruption handling, a curated knowledge base covering FSSAI/UK/US regulation, whisky maturation science, global market data, and Amrut's brand/competitor context. For Monday's delivery, Sura runs on the same OpenAI Realtime/WebRTC voice pipeline as this build's Marea predecessor — not yet the ElevenLabs voice specified in Sura's persona document (see backend/prompts/sura_instructions.py's module docstring for the full note on that deviation).
